I see a lot of properties and I'll routinely see similar layouts and quite frankly, they're a bit boring. This unit in Avalon is really unique in that you walk in and head down the hallway. The first guest bedroom is a bit down and to the left. To the right is the full-sized laundry room. Head further in and you hit the wide open living room with kitchen to your right, awesome views straight ahead through the impact glass sliding doors, and the family room and master bedroom to the left.

These units weren't built all that long ago but this one looks like the owners moved in yesterday. The tile is spotless, the walls have no smudges or scrapes. It's just a perfect unit in every way!
The kitchen is laid out perfectly and looks fantastic
The large island is the centerpiece of the kitchen in more ways than one. The overhanging granite counters make a great spot not only to eat but to keep the chef company. The stainless steel appliances look great against the grey cabinetry and counters. Modern pendant lights hang above the island and the recessed lighting makes the room very bright for cooking. See that white door there? That's a pantry to add lots of storage to the kitchen.
Impact glass. It's worth mentioning.
Buyers routinely ask me to find homes with impact glass. They don't want to have to worry when there are hurricanes approaching. Owners reach out often and ask for the names of great window companies so they can install impact glass in their homes. This condo already has it!
This location is near all Naples has to offer!
Do you want to head to 5th Avenue South for dinner? Great! It's only 10 minutes away! Heading north? The I-75 on ramp at Golden Gate Parkway is 12 minutes to the north. Beaches, shopping, dining, entertainment, everything is right near this condo!

This is one big lanai! I love that you can put a seating area out there as well as a dining table. It has plenty of room for both and both areas are directly under ceiling fans. Plus, the condo sits on a beautiful preserve so you don't have road noise or hear the sound of neighbors loudly enjoying their lanai.
