Just south of the Airport-Pulling and Pine Ridge Road intersection is the neighborhood of Timberwood. It is literally six-tenths of a mile from the Target and Publix shopping center and the movies, Costco, Best Buy and more are just a bit north. There are countless restaurants ranging from fast food to find dining all just a short drive (or walk) away. When people say they want a good location, this is it!
How far is this home from the beach?
Close! If you head west on Pine Ridge Road, you'll hit the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico at Clam Pass Park. Of course, you could always go a bit north and hit Vanderbilt Beach too.
Can I have pets?
Tenants in Timberwood are not allowed to have dogs but you are welcome to have 2 other pets such as cats.
How would you describe the layout?
I love this layout. It is a split bedroom floor plan with the guest and master bedrooms being on opposite sides of the home. The guest bedroom does not share a wall with the master or a television so you don't have to worry about noise keeping little ones awake. It's a unique layout. It isn't one of those boring Florida layouts we're used to where you have one long room with bedrooms off to the side. Instead, this layout focuses on the kitchen and living room, right where you'll be spending most of your time.
The beautifully remodeled kitchen
The kitchen is one of the first things you see when you enter the door and that's a great thing! The owners have installed beautiful counters that are all one level, making it a really great spot to eat. The appliances are all stainless steel (although you'll probably be eating out a lot with restaurants so close by) and there is great lighting both in the ceiling and the pendant lighting above the couner.
What about a washer and dryer?
You're all set! There is a full-size washer and dryer in behind the folding doors pictured above.
What types of flooring are in the home?
The entire home features Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. There is absolutely no carpet in this home.
The bathrooms have been remodeled too
The guest bathroom, pictured above, has been remodeled with a beautiful vanity, counters, and mirror.
The master bath is gorgeous. I love the floating vanity and the fact that the toilet is in it's own water closet.
The master bedroom has so much natural light and is big enough to easily accommodate a king sized bed
The room is very large so your big furniture pieces will have no trouble fitting inside. What I love most about the master bedroom though is the light hat comes from the sliders. Those sliders face north so you'll have consistent light throughout the day.
Where do the sliders lead to? (It's pretty great!)
There is access to this covered and screened patio from both the living room and the master bedroom. This photo doesn't do it justice as It is really big. You can have the football game (Fins Up!) on inside while you hang out with friends on the patio. Because of this patio, you'll be able to host quite a few more people as the space is very roomy.
How's the community?
Timberwood of Naples is fantastic. There is a great community pool, a basketball court and tennis. Plus, you're so close to everything Naples has to offer so entertainment will definitely not be an issue!
