I'll tell you why I love this rental in Lakewood.

It can be really hard to find a rental in Naples that isn't in an HOA and one that accepts pets. Well, you found it! This single family home in Lakewood is available immediately and I think you're going to love it when you see the features. It's on the quiet cul-de-sac of Marathon Court, very close to the east trail.

The home is fully remodeled and the owners made some great choices along the way. The second you open the front door, you see the wide open layout with kitchen, family room and dining room all together which makes having friends and family over for dinner really nice. The other great feature of this layout is that it has split bedrooms meaning the master is on one side of the home and the two guest bedrooms are on the other. Plus, there is a pocket door allowing you to completely separate the guest bedrooms from the rest of the home!

The kitchen is beautiful with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a huge island that is big help when cooking, and a pantry for storage. There's lots of light from the recessed fixtures and beautiful pendant lighting over the island/breakfast bar. There's a large window that looks out to the private back yard and lanai.

One of the features of this home that I like a lot is that all three bedrooms will accommodate a kind-sized bed. The master, pictured above, has a really great bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and dual vanity. Plus, there is a door leading right to the splash pool and back yard.

I also want to point out one of the guest bedrooms. This room is massive and has phenomenal lighting--not only are the recessed lights enough but there is accent lighting behind the crown. There's a really large walk-in closet as well. This could really work as a second master or a way for roommates to feel like they each have the best room in the house! Seriously, you have to see this one.

Just off the family room is the private splash pool and back yard. The pool is a great place to sit back and unwind while you take in the Naples weather. You're not swimming laps in here but you're definitely loving life with a beer in hand!

Finally, let's have a chat about the location. 404 Marathon Court is in the Lakewood neighborhood. This home is right in between Davis Blvd and East Tamiami Trail (US41). There are so many restaurants and shops in the area for you to enjoy yet you're also incredibly close to Tin City and 5th Avenue South. Want to go to the beach? That's a quick trip west and you're there. And if you're feeling like something completely new, take the 20 minute ride to Marco Island. It's a great staycation!
