We were in a unique situation given that we would be leaving the house empty and trusting Laney and Chris to take care of everything while I was in a different country. When we first met them they were very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and the local market. They impressed my wife and I with their comparisons and surprised us with the recommended selling price, which was higher than we expected. The coordinated a cleaning company to give the house a thorough clean after we'd moved out and the photographer they used was excellent and had an eye for detail. They listed the house on Thursday and by Saturday night we had four offers! All above the asking price! We didn't need the open house that was planned for Sunday. Laney guided us through the process of selecting a buyer and even put together a spreadsheet listing the pros and cons of each offer indicating the closing times, the type of mortgage and overall attractiveness of each offer, rather than just selecting the highest. In the period between signing the contract and closing Laney was constantly in touch which was really important as I was overseas! She checked on the property regularly to ensure the upkeep was good. Even when we had a maintenance issue, Laney was on top of the situation working with local contractors to get the problem resolved. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Laney for any real estate transaction, whether buying or selling.

My sister enlisted the services of Chris Farrugia, who were friends, to sell her unit and she had passed before the completion of the sale property.
