Saturnia Lakes is an incredible neighborhood in North Naples. As you drive through the main gate, you'll almost certainly see lots of residents walking the miles of sidewalks or enjoying the amenities center. Kids are out riding bikes and people just seem to be having a great time.

The community was built by GL Homes which I really like because they certainly build a fantastic home. The size of the homes varies considerably from one street to the next. There are 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes on the smaller end and 4,000 square foot homes with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths.

As the name implies, Saturnia Lakes is built around a very large lake with fingers that branch off to give most of the homes a lake view.

Saturnia Lakes is in an amazing location between Immokalee Road to the north and Vanderbilt Beach Road to the south. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby and many more are popping up frequently. The neighborhood sits next to Logan Landings which features Sprouts Grocery Store, First Watch, Brooks Burgers and more. Take a quick trip east on Immokalee Road for Chick-Fil-A, Aldi's Grocery Store, Chipotle, a pilates studio and more. Then, the Pebblebrooke Publix is there there to the south in the Pebblebrooke shopping center. A newer shopping center called Founder's Square opened with Tacos and Tequila, Ace Hardware, Oar & Iron Restaurant, Outback Steakouse and so many more businesses!

A branch of Naples Community Hospital (NCH) is a short drive to the east.

I-75 is extremely close to Saturnia Lakes and makes for a convenient and quick way to access Fort Myers or head toward Marco Island.

Gated Community Saturnia Lakes has a gatehouse off of Immokalee Road that is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visitors must be called in by owners. There is also an unmanned gate off of Logan Blvd. that residents may use. Guests must use the main entrance.

Golf Access Saturnia Lakes does not have a golf course. However, Arrowhead Golf Course is right next door and a very popular course for Naples golfers.

Pet Policy Owners and tenants are allowed to have pets at Saturnia Lakes. However, no vicious breeds are allowed.

Lease Policy Owners may lease their Saturnia Lakes property twice a year with a 90 day minimum. There are a number of annual renters in the neighborhood.

Saturnia Lakes is an amenity-rich neighborhood with so many great things to do. There is a large amenities center with a clubhouse and two swimming pools right at the front of the neighborhood. The main swimming pool is huge and there is a lap pool steps away as well as a hot tub. The pools are absolutely beautiful and make you feel as if you're on a resort vacation. There is a children's splash area as well. Saturnia Lakes has four tennis courts and a basketball court.

Step inside the clubhouse and you'll find a card room and two pool tables. Management works on-site every day and their office is also in the clubhouse.

You can cancel your gym membership--Saturnia Lakes has an excellent fitness center with free weights and plenty of cardio machines.

One of the most unique features of Saturnia Lakes' amenities is that there is a plot of land set aside for a park. Passive Park is a really great place to enjoy being outside without the noise of a pool or sports park. People routinely take their walks though this area.
