One of the things I love about my job is having the opportunity to see upgrades and changes people make to their homes that really sets their home apart from others. It's really interesting, especially in communities, to see two homes with the same layout but are vastly different.
When I was asked to come by 15464 Cortona Way, I thought I knew what I would see. I've been in the single family homes in Tuscany Cove a number of times and they generally share the same design details. Well, I was blown away by the upgrades and improvements the owners made to this home. One of the services we offer our sellers is help getting their home ready for sale. My wife went over this past weekend and came home and immediately said, "I love that house! Everything they did looks amazing!" I thought, "I told you so!"

When you step through the front door you see that there isn't a bit of carpet in the entire house. The main living areas are tiled on the diagonal with high quality laminate flooring in the bedrooms. The layout isn't your typical rectangular living area with bedrooms off to the side. Instead, there are angled hallways leading in to the large kitchen and family room. It's not a cookie-cutter layout by any means.
The Upgrades That Make This Home Stunning
Now, here's where this listing gets fun. Every single room it seems has design touches that I loved. From wainscoting to shiplap to beautifully painted accent walls, this home has it all. One of the rooms you see right away is the dining room and check out the custom wainscoting and beautiful light fixture that makes this room different from any other home you'll see.
One of my favorite changes the owners made was the master bedroom. We normally see a neutral color thrown on the wall from baseboard to ceiling but of course, you're not going to see that here. The color choice is stunning and the picture frame moulding gives the room that coastal feel that I personally love.
Even the simplest changes make huge differences in how a room feels. Check out the light fixture (mirror reflection) in the master bathroom for example.
One of the guest bedrooms, being used as a nursery currently, shows off the owner's excellent taste in both color and design. Not only is the room upgraded but it is just done so well! The board and batten wall looks great here and even better in person.
Also, with south facing exposure, the home gets a steady dose of natural light throughout the day. What makes it even better are these horizontal windows high on the wall that let even more in while not compromising privacy.
Another angle of that same room shows the gorgeous accent wall and custom carpentry plus a great view of the lanai and pool area.
This last picture may be one of my favorites. The owners installed clean, white shiplap on one wall of the laundry room and board and batten on the opposite wall. I love this for so many reasons but one of the biggest reasons is that it shows the attention to detail put into this home. Think about it this way... it's a laundry room. Guests likely won't see it. It isn't even used daily I'm sure. But, the owners upgraded even to this level and the results are fantastic.

The outdoor space--the lanai and heated pool
Just outside is this shaded area with enough room to put plenty of seating. If you don't have a television outside in your current home, be sure you have one at your next. It is so great on those cool evenings to watch some football (Phins up!) or a movie and just relax. It transforms the way you live in the home. Ok, that may be an overstatement but I really do love it!
Just beyond the seating area is the main pool deck with an electric heated pool.
The last thing I wanted to point out about the lanai is that you have the covered area with TV if you want to be in the shade. But, you also have this huge area that is perfectly set up for sunbathing or outdoor dining.

I may have gotten carried away there with the details of this home. I just love it! There are definitely a few other things I'd like for you to see.
Stainless steep appliances, clean, white cabinetry and high ceilings make the very large kitchen so nice.
Another angle of the kitchen shows off the glass cabinets and breakfast bar that seats four people comfortably.
The master bedroom walk-in closet has so much space including shelving and high ceilings.
The guest bedroom really shows off the beautiful design elements the owner has improved.
How are the amenities at Tuscany Cove?
Glad you asked. At the front of the community is a huge clubhouse with a catering kitchen (so you can rent it out for parties), a card room, two pool tables, a card room, a really well-equipped fitness center, two tennis courts, a basketball court, water park for the little ones, playground, and of course a huge resort-style pool.

Where is 15464 Cortona Way in Naples, Florida?
Talk about a convenient location! Tuscany Cove is in North Naples near the corner of Immokalee Road and Collier Blvd (951). That makes it so easy to head across the street to Publix or enjoy one of the many restaurants in Founders Square or Logan Landings. Plus, Chick-Fil-A is right there and Chipotle just opened too. From fast food to fine dining, this area has it all.
Want to go to the beach? Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is a straight shot down Immokalee Road. Need to get on I-75? The interstate is only 4 miles away! It really is a great place to live and I can see why so many of my customers are looking in the area.
What school zone is 15464 Cortona Way in?
If you have school-aged children and want a top school district, you're in luck. Children here go to Laurel Oak Elementary, Oakridge Middle School (across the street basically!), and Gulf Coast High School.
