As you drive up to the driveway, you really will see just how well-maintained the property is at Ruby at Sunstone. The landscaping is beautiful and there are paver driveways and sidewalks leading to each condo. Plus, there's plenty of guest parking. You can exit through the back door of the garage and youre right near the front door of the condo. The windows are protected with electric hurricane shutters but they do not interfere with the view.

You'll enter the condo and the kitchen is right up front with plenty of cabinet space, a spacious pantry, and a breakfast table that seats four comfortably. If I were to buy this condo for myself, I'd give Rock Solid or one of the other counter companies a call and have them pop a new granite or quartz counter on the existing cabinets. It would be a huge difference for very little money!

If you exit the kitchen and look straight ahead, you'll see the guest bathroom and then the guest bedroom is tucked away in the corner. It's very large and can accommodate a king sized bed.

If you exit the kitchen and turn right, you're going to be right in front of the den. Now, this isn't what you're thinking. We've all seen the dens in Florida condos where you can put a desk and chair in there and you've pretty much used up all of the space. That's not the case here! This den is massive! There's currently a swivel chair, pull out sofa and television yet look at all of the space left over! There's a giant closet for even more storage.

I know this isn't the most exciting part of a new condo but this is one I love--the laundry room. It's not a closet... it's a full room! The washer and dryer are inside along with ample storage. As you can imagine, I see a lot of condos and one thing I hate is seeing the vacuum in the master bedroom closet because that's the only place it will fit. This utility room really adds to the condo as you can store all of those sorts of things here and you still have the garage for more storage!

The main living area of the condo is made up of a dining room and family room. The dining room currently has a really nice four-person table and chairs and the living room has a sofa, love seat and coffee table. The best part of this area is the view. As you look out of the sliders, you'll see the lanai with additional seating for outdoor eating, a beautifully landscaped area and the lake. Not all condos in the neighborhood hvae this view and you will certainly love it when you see it in person.

The master suite has gorgeous furniture including a king sized bed, two large night stands and a dresser with mirror. The master bathroom has a dual vanity. There's a huge walk-in closet as well.

Ruby at Sunstone has a community pool of its own. The neighborhood does not require you to join the Lely Resort Player's Club although you do have the option to join if you'd like. Player's Club is just a quick drive or walk away.

If you're not familiar with Lely Resort, you may not realize what a great location this is. When you need to get to US41, you're right there! Ruby at Sunstone isn't one of those Lely communities buried within the resort. It takes just a minute to get to US41 and the numerous businesses that have popped up recently. Restaurants alone will keep you busy for quite a while! Plus, this is truly living the Naples lifestyle. You can make it to famous Fifth Avenue South quickly for dinner or shopping. If you want to go to the beach, you just follow Fifth Avenue until it dead-ends at the beach or even better, head down to Marco Island's Tigertail or South Beach. I love the options that you have based on the location of Lely Resort within Naples.
