The home has great curb appeal. As you drive in, you'll instantly notice the extremely long paver driveway that can hold multiple cars in addition to the 2 car garage. Then, you walk past the revamped landscaping as you walk to the front door. Once the front door opens, you'll notice the extremely open floor plan with dining room, kitchen and family room all together as one large room. That makes this a tremendous home for hosting gatherings. You'll also notice the well-chosen color palette that will go with any decor.

The kitchen is a gorgeous--it's the centerpiece of the entire remodel. The wood cabinetry gives plenty of storage and the spacious island gives so much room for cooking and ultimately eating meals. What I love the most is the way the stainless steel appliances look against the neutral grays. The pool is so much bigger than what I'm used to seeing these days in Naples. One thing that has to be taken into account is that the home sits directly on a large lake which not only gives the owner fantastic views but also a lot of privacy. You're not looking out of your lanai at the back of your neighbor's home like you do in so many other neighborhoods.

This home is just off of Lakewood Blvd. and that's important because it can get you to so many restaurants and shops in no time at all. If you take Lakewood Blvd to the north, you'll quickly arrive on Davis Blvd (which is an exit off Interstate 75). If you take the road south, you end up on US41, the East Trail where you can quickly access famous 5th Avenue South or 3rd Street South for fine dining and shopping.
