We wish we could rate Chris higher than the fives in this review. He was always on top of all of the policies and procedures involved in the purchase of property. He is a very patient and easy going person with lots of knowledge of the market. He saved us lots of time by narrowing the market down to exactly what were looking for in a condo. I was spending the summer in NJ when my tenant told me that he wasn't going to renew his Oct. 1 lease at Pebble Shores in Naples. As I wasn't returning to Naples until Oct. 1, I needed a REALTOR® ASAP to set up the showings, draw up the lease, etc. I knew Chris had lived in Pebble Shores & was on the board. My sister enlisted the services of Chris Farrugia, who were friends, to sell her unit and she had passed before the completion of the sale property. I reside out of state of the property and had to take over the sale of her property. Chris was instrumental and a great deal of assistance to me from A-Z to get the property sold. Chris went the extra mile to ease my mind and the stress of all the processes involved in selling and walked me through all the steps to complete the sale. Chris made several recommendations for improvements for better selling appeal; ie painting and emptying the unit of its contents. Chris' knowledge and expertise was key for me as I was not familiar of such transactions. Chris was very helpful arranging removal of some of my sister's personal property prior to the sale and eliminated additional stress for me since I was not there to supervise these arrangements. Since I only known Chris for such a short time through this transaction, he made me feel that I have known him forever with the kindness he has shown me and my family.
