If you are looking for a neighborhood near the Gulf of Mexico that is not in an HOA, look no further than Naples Park! It is a very large neighborhood west of US41 in North Naples and offers residents so many opportunities for shopping, dining and just day-to-day life.

The neighborhood was built primarily in the 1960's and 1970's. People have been buying those homes as tear downs so they can built a new construction home in its place. This does mean though that you could have a gorgeous, new home and have it next to a home built in the 1960's and not in the best shape.

Naples Park is not a gated community community and can be accessed from numerous roads off of US41. It is built in a grid format and you can quickly tell where a property is based on the street number--the 500 block is closest to the Gulf and the 800 block borders US41. Many of my customers will say, "I want to be in the 500 or 600 block" when they purchase.

As you drive up and down the streets of Naples Park, you will see a number of signs advertising short-term rentals. Naples Park is a hotbed of VRBO and AirBnB rentals since there is not an HOA to prevent it. That may cause some buyers to look in other neighborhoods as the vacation rentals can bring in unfamiliar people.

The lots in Naples Park come in different sizes but they are typically around 50' by 135'. Depending on the placement of the home, some Naples Park homes do not have room for a pool so buyers need to take that into consideration.

We really like Naples Park. The location near the beach is what Naples is all about. There are some really beautiful homes with that old Florida feel that we love. Grab your boat drinks, turn on some Jimmy Buffett and enjoy the seaside lifestyle here in Naples!

Naples Park is all about location! If you want to live the Florida beach life, you're in the right spot. Naples Park is a very large part of town and runs from Bluebill to the north (Immokalee Road basically) to Vanderbilt Beach Road to the south. US41 is the eastern border and Vanderbilt Drive is the western border. Since the neighborhood is right on Tamiami Trail (US41), residents have quick access to all of the conveniences they need. Fine dining and shopping is right across the street at Mercato. 5th Avenue South is a short drive to the south. Interstate 75 to the east is a short trip down Immokalee Road. Most importantly, hop on your beach cruiser and ride on over to Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins State Park. They're both extremely close by!
