Where is 15079 Sterling Oaks Drive?

Sterling Oaks is located in Naples, Florida, between Old 41 and US41 (with gated entrances to both!). It's just minutes to either Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park in Naples or beautiful Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs.

There are two Publix grocery stores close by plus so many restaurants and shops!

Sterling Oaks is a gated and guarded community and is very well kept. The landscaping is beautiful, the clubhouse and amenities are in fantastic condition. There's a reason why this community is so popular!

One of the first things I noticed when I walked in was that this isn't your usual, boring layout. The layout is very unique and has split bedrooms for privacy. There's a great dining area (pictured above) and a cozy family room that overlooks the screened lanai.

Just off of the main living area is the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counters. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets for storage too!

It's an eat-in kitchen so you have the choice of dining in the dining room or have a casual meal at the kitchen table.

The master bedroom has a lot of natural light from the large windows that look out to a private reserve. There is plenty of closet space and the bathroom has dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower.

I love the layout of the guest bedroom as well. There is an angled wall that creates an alcove for the dresser and chair. There's a queen sized bed and wall-mounted television.

Next, we have to talk about this den. Although this home is listed as a 2 bedroom plus den, it could easily be a 3 bedroom house. This den is huge!
