Many of the properties in Lely Resort require owners to join the Player's Club. Don't get me wrong, the Player's Club is great. However, it isn't a cheap thing to pay for. Luckily, this unit does not have to have a Player's Club membership! Not only is this great for you as the new owner but it is great when you go to resell this property.
The backstory--how I got this listing.
Two of my favorite customers called and wanted to sell their condo in Lely Resort. I listed it for them and had some great pictures taken. It needed updating and we priced it fairly. When I had my first open house there, every single visitor made mention of how it was immaculate. I also heard great things about the layout of the condo, the convenience and peace of mind the electric hurricane shutters provided and that sort of thing. But, I needed to find a buyer that wanted to update a condo. Then, I met that couple!
The plan the new buyers put into place.
A great couple came in and made an offer, had the offer accepted, closed and got to work quickly! These aren't your average buyers--they have a great eye for design and the talent to put their plan into motion.
It all started with the flooring.
So many renovated condos in Naples has luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring laid right on top of the existing floor. That's fine but the vastly better way is to remove the current flooring and replace it entirely with LVP. That's what happened here and it shows. The floors aren't spongy at all and the color is perfect. It looks phenomenal against the interior paint color and bright white baseboards.
Speaking of interior paint...
The entirety of this 1,460 square foot condo has been painted the same neutral color. It is amazing what a difference it makes to have the same color throughout.
This eat-in kitchen! It is my favorite room in this new condo!
The kitchen took the brunt of this remodel! There are all new high-end stainless steel appliances. The stickers are still on them from the manufacturer! Next, the kitchen counters were replaced with a thick, white quartz with accents that look amazing with the appliances and cabinets. There's a modern tile backsplash that adds color and protects the walls. Finally, the cabinets were professionally painted in a bright white. Plus, there's a new high-end faucet (and some great water pressure)!
This may be a minor detail to some but as someone that cooks a lot, I love that this condo has a deep, stainless steel sink without a divider! That may be nit-picky but it really makes a difference day in and day out.
I want to make sure you see the bathrooms.
The master bathroom was great before but it's so much better now. It has a huge walk-in closet and the sellers installed the same beautiful quarts counters and added rectangular vessel sinks with brand new modern fixtures. They added custom mirrors and light fixtures that really add to the look. Finally, they took out the shower door and had a new glass door made and installed. It looks phenomenal in person (and in pictures!).
The guest bathroom received similar treatment. The quartz counters on the vanity, the new sink and new fixture look so great. I love that it is uniform between the kitchens and baths. When people mismatch counters and fixtures, it just doesn't have that same feel of conformity.
They bought all new furniture and decor and are selling fully furnished!
I mentioned before that the sellers spared no expense and this holds true with the furniture they selected. Really, how great does this living room look with this beautiful sofa, chair, end table and coffee table? If that isn't enough, they added the area rug (there are a few in the condo) and lamps that really bring warmth into this room.
The dining room features a great table and chairs under a really cool light fixture.
Light fixtures and fans.
All of the light fixtures have been replaced as well! You'll really like that there are light fixtures where there should be light fixtures and ceiling fans where there should be ceiling fans! The fans all have bright lights and are remote controlled which makes them very convenient. Also, they all match!
The sellers chose the perfect art and decor for this look.
I mentioned that these customers have an amazing eye for design and I think one of the aspects of this condo that proves that is their choice of art and decor. There is a really great flow from one room to the next. Take a look at the den below for example. The artwork is beautiful and looks amazing against the wall's paint color. They didn't stop there--they purchased a really cool lamp and the perfect desk and desk chair to complete this room. The plants, like the one in the picture, are all well placed throughout the home and contribute to the warmth this condo exudes.
