No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept in any Unit or on the common area. However, up to two (2) dogs, cats, and other common household pets may be kept in Units, provided they do not become a nuisance or annoyance to any Unit owner or Occupant. Pets shall never be allowed to run freely upon any of the Condominium Property, except within a Unit, and when outside of a Unit shall be leashed and in the company of an individual willing and able to fully control it. Each owner or tenant shall be responsible for the actions of each pet kept within his or her unit and for cleaning up after such pet when outside of the Unit. Any owner maintaining a pet upon the Condominium Property, or whose guests, lessee or invitee bring any animal upon the Condominium Property, shall be fully responsible for, and shall bear the expense of, any damage to persons or property resulting therefrom. In the event that any pet kept on the premises should constitute a nuisance in the opinion of a majority of the Board of Directors, then the owner, when so notified in writing shall be required to immediately remove said pet from the Condominium Property.

No Unit may be let for less than thirty (30) days, as set forth in Article 17 of the Declaration of Condominium, Exhibit 1 to this Prospectus.
