Leash dogs when walking on all Villa Mare common property. Do not walk dogs on the central patio (per Florida law, this means the pool deck and all patios connected to the pool deck). Pick up and properly dispose of dog litter. A dog park is available for all Villa Mare owner’s use. All dog owners are encouraged to use the dog park. The park is located near the FPL utility building on Gulfshore Blvd. Tenants may not have pets anywhere on Villa Mare property.

An owner may lease a villa no more than twice during any twelve-month period. Leases must exceed ninety days duration. Lessees must be to one person, not to a corporation or group of people. The Board must approve all leases and lessees prior to occupancy.
Occupancy by anyone other than the owner’s or lessees’ immediate family without at least one member of the owner’s or lessee’s family in residence will be deemed to be a lease. (See General Rule 10 for the definition of immediate family).
Owners offering their Villa for sale shall inform the Board through its President. The HOA has the right of first refusal on the sales of all Villas. The Board shall approve all buyers.
