• Dogs, cats or other pets may be kept and maintained on the premises by owners. However, should an individual dog, cat, or other pet become a nuisance to individual apartment owners, the Board of Directors may require that such dog, cat or pet be removed from the premises of the Condominium. Care shall be taken by each individual apartment owner to see that his pet does not constitute a nuisance.

• No pet shall be permitted on any common area of the premises without a leash or other appropriate restraint. Owners are required to take the pet off the island for all calls of nature. In the case of any sanitary accident, the offending matter must immediately be cleaned up and disposed of in a proper manner.

• Pets are not permitted in any grass, planting, tree or shrubbery common area on the premises; nor are they permitted in or about the pool area.

• Loud and /or persistent barking of dogs or any other disturbing animal noises shall be constituted as a nuisance.

• No apartment owner may lease an apartment or any interest in an apartment by lease without approval of the Association. All proposed leases shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Board of Directors as a copy or an original together with an Application to Lease or Rent form executed by the prospective Lessee, which may be obtained from the Secretary. The Board of Directors on behalf of the Association reserves the right to a personal interview with the prospective Lessees of the apartment.

• No lease of less than thirty (30) days or more than one year (not to exceed 365 days) shall be approved. If a lease of more than one year is desired, each succeeding year shall require new approval by the Association. Such Application for Renewal shall be submitted at least thirty (30) but not more than sixty (60) days prior to the anniversary date of the lease. All leases of more than one year shall contain a notation that annual approval by the Association will be required for continued occupancy. No apartment may be leased more than once in any consecutive twelvemonth period.

• No apartment under lease shall be sub-let.
