NO PETS are allowed in the building under any circumstance.

1. All provisions in Article 14 of our Declaration of Condominium and our Rules & Regulations apply in regards to rental durations, occupancy levels, and the provision that notes sub-leasing is not permitted.

2. Minimum rental durations: A minimum of one (1) month in February and March. The rental can be for the entire month of February or the entire month of March, or can start in February and end in March provided the total rental period is one month. The unit, for the balance of the months of February and March may not be occupied. Minimum rental durations are two (2) weeks for the rest ofthe year.

3. Extension of approved rental period: Notice to be provided to Board of Directors thirty (30) days prior to end of approved lease with new application showing new dates of lease. Application will be reviewed.

4. Occupancy levels: Efficiency = (2); 1 Bedroom = (4); 2 Bedrooms = 6; 3 Bedrooms = (8)

5. Thirty (30) day notice is required for all rentals per Article 14 of the Declaration of Condominium Document.

6. For those renting on their own or through an agent, an application fee of $50.00 must accompany the application. Note that our Declaration of Condominium, Article 14, Item 14.1.A. (1) states that nonrefundable fee of $50.00 shall be paid by the Lessor (not tenant). Florida Statute allows fee to be based on per applicant if applicant is other than husband/wife or parent/dependent child which are considered one applicant. Thus, if for example the application is for two (2) adults or two couples, not husband or wife or parent/dependent child as noted above, the fee would be doubled. The application will not be reviewed until both the fully executed application, and the fee is received. The check for the fee must be from a U.S. Bank in U.S. Dollars. If a foreign check is received the application will be sent back and not reviewed.

7. Criminal and sexual offender background checks will be completed for all prospective applicants by VT III to be paid for by owner or agent. In order to accomplish this, for U.S. Citizens, a Social Security number as well as date of birth will be required for all applicants; Canadian Citizens, an insurance number as well as a date of birth will be required for all applicants; non-U.S. Citizens, a copy of the first page of the passport for all applicants. A signed release to allow the Association and background check firm to complete the criminal check is required with all applications. Disapproval criteria will be in accordance with Counsel's recommendations. Without limiting the Board's authority to disapprove applicants, but as an example, applicants who are convicted felons, or who have been convicted of a misdemeanor crime regarding violence to persons or property, or who are registered sexual offenders, will be disapproved.

8. A revised Rental Application Form and Association/Background Firm release for those renting on their own or through an outside agent will be available from the Manager.
