Some homes are on the lake.

1. NO Tenant (seasonal, short term or annual), nor any guests may have a pet while they are staying or visiting on the property.

2. Owners are permitted one (1) household pet not to exceed 40 lbs. per our condominium docs.

3. All dogs must be approved by the Board, registered every year with the office with a current wellness report from a veterinarian and a picture on file. Any ESA pet must have a local or primary residence State, valid ESA letter by a Physisian. Internet certification will not be accepted.

4. All dogs must be on no more than a 6 ft. NON-Retractable leash when outside the unit.

5. All dogs must have a current registration permit (yellow tag) clearly shown on the dog collar or leash.

6. **Everyone MUST pick up and properly dispose of their pet's waste.

1. All lease applications, seasonal and annual, must be handled through our Management Company.

2. Leases must be kept current and renewed annually. Tenants remaining after the lease end date will have all access to the property denied and may have their vehicle towed if it is still on the property.

3. The Board maintains the right to terminate a lease if a tenant is flagrantly or continually violating our Rules and Regulations or any of our governing documents.

4. All Leases (new, renewals and seasonal) MUST be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the start date for pre-approval to avoid an expedited fee of $100.

5. A Background check must be summited on ALL applicants age 18 and over, including Seasonal and Annual.

6. All Leases, New, Renewal and Seasonal, must include an up-to-date Owners Liability Insurance Declaration Page.

7. All Leases, Seasonal, and Annual, family, or non-family, shall have a $1,000.00 Security Deposit Required to be held by the Management Company as part of the approval process.

8. All homeowner unit transfers (including family members) MUST submit a SALES application with all required documents and fees to the management company.
