A unit may be occupied as a private dwelling by the unit owner or any approved tenant or guest. A unit may not be rented for any period less than thirty (30) days nor more than 1 year by any party. No unit may be rented for more than four (4) times in any one calendar year.
The rental application and a copy of the rental agreement should be provided to the management company at least fifteen (15) days before occupancy. Tenants should not occupy the unit until the application form has been approved and the required fee has been received by the Board. Rental agreements may be renewed subject to board approval.
The unit owner must ensure that copies of the current rules and regulations of Sterling Greens II and Sterling Isles Commons are made available to renters and are in open view within the unit. Also, in order to use the Sterling Isles Commons Pool, renters must have the unit’s unique numbered orange pool pass.1
