1. Any pet that becomes an unreasonable source of annoyance to other residents may be required to be removed from the premises. The ability to keep pets is a privilege and not a right.

2. Unit owners are permitted no more than two pets.

3. Pit Bull terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and German Shepherds are not permitted. No wildlife, livestock, swine, reptiles, insects, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on or in any part of the condominium property or the unit.

4. Lessees are not permitted to keep pets. Prior to leasing a unit, all lessees shall sign to acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Association's "Renter Guidelines" thereby acknowledging their understanding and agreement with this restriction.

Leasing of residential units is subject to several conditions and requirements including:

1. Prior approval by the Association of all leases which must be in writing.

2. Maximum number of overnight occupants of a leased unit is two persons per bedroom.

3. No pets are allowed in leased units.

4. Property Owners are permitted to lease a maximum of three times per year with a minimum of thirty (30) days per lease.
