No wildlife, livestock, swine, reptiles, insects or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept in any portion of the Properties. A reasonable number of dogs, cats, or other domesticated household pets may be permitted to be kept by an Owner in any Unit. The ability to keep pets is a privilege, not a right. Pets shall not be permitted to roam free. Any pet which in the opinion of the Board of Directors endangers health or safety, makes objectionable noise, or constitutes an unreasonable source of nuisance or annoyance to the Owners or residents of other Units, shall be removed upon request of the Foundation. No pets shall be kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose. Pets shall at all times when they are outside a Unit, be carried or confined on a leash held by a responsible person. Pets shall only be permitted on the Foundation Common Areas if such portions thereof are so designated by the Foundation or Neighborhood Association, as applicable. A person bringing a pet onto the Foundation Common Areas or District Property shall be responsible for immediately removing any solid waste of the pet. Pets may not be left unattended or leashed in yards or garages or on porches or lanais.

No Unit may be leased more often than three (3) times in any calendar year, with the first day of occupancy under the lease determining in which year the lease occurs. No lease may be for a period ofless than thirty (30) consecutive days. All proposed leases must be approved by the Foundation after submission by the Owner and proposed Lessee of a Lessee Application Form and payment of an application fee, as may be determined and developed by the Board from time-to-time. The ability to lease a Residential Unit is a privilege, not a right, and notwithstanding the provisions of any Neighborhood Covenants, the privilege may be revoked by the Foundation. All leases of Units shall be deemed to include a covenant on the part of the lessee to comply with, and be fully bound by, the provisions of the Governing Documents. The Foundation may establish Rules And Regulations for the use of Foundation amenities by lessees of Owners. This Section shall also apply to subleases of Units and assignments of leases.
