Too many of us our pets are like children and part of the family to others they are a source of allergens, accidents, and noise. To be mindful of our non-pet owners we must have rules.

1. Dogs and cats shall be carried or leashed at all times when on the premises. They are not permitted in the courtyard area, nor on the lawn or garden areas, Continental Room, library or in the lobby. They shall be walked in the street area. The exit for pets is by the side doors only.

2. Lessees and house guests may NOT have pets.

3. Collier County Pet Law: Pet feces must be immediately removed and properly disposed of. Pets may not create a sanitary nuisance on public or private property.

4. City of Naples has a very nice dog park... Check it out.

1. Lease - At least 20 days prior to the effective day of the lease, the owner shall submit an "Application for Approval to Lease", with a copy of the lease agreement, and the required $100 transfer fee to Sunburst Management Corporation.

2. Leasing term - No unit may be leased for a term of less than 30 days or more than one year. No option for the lessee to extend or renew the lease for any additional period shall be permitted without the express written approval of the Board of Directors. No sub-leasing or assignment of lease rights is permitted.

3. A "Guest Registration Form" shall be submitted for any guests staying in the unit while the owner is present, at least 7 days prior to occupancy. It can be faxed or emailed to the NCC On-Site Manager.

4. Rules -Staff shall provide a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the club to lessees/guests.

5. Pets - Tenants and guests are not permitted to have pets on the premises.
