NO pets are permitted in leased units to include their guests. OWNERS may keep one (1) pet of a normal domesticated household type (such a cat or dog) in the Unit. The pet may not weigh more than thirty (30) pounds. No vicious breed of animals as outlined in the Association Declaration of Condominium, Page 36. 14.4. The pet must be carried under the Owner's arm or be leashed at all times while on the Condominium Property outside of the Unit. Owners arc responsible for cleanup and disposal of their pet's excrement. Any pet which becomes a source of unreasonable annoyance to other residents of the Condominium may be subject to removal. Pets may not be left unattended on porches.

Fishing is not permitted in any lake on the Condominium Property.

a. Unit Owners may lease their unit for a minimum period of sixty (60) days, and not more often than two (2) times in any twelve (12) month period. No lease may be for a period of more than one (1) year.

b. Unit Owners prior to 10/4/19 are grandfathered to previous 1·estrictio11s and may lease their Units for a minimum period of thirty (30) days, and not more often than three (3) times in any twelve (12) month period. No lease may be for a period of more than one (1) year. At any time then i..11 a transfer of title, the amended document apply: minimum period of sixty (60) and not more often than two (2) times in any twelve (12) month period applies.

All requests to lease must he in writing, accompanied by the Laurel Oaks application, two letters of recommendation, local if possible, not by relatives or real estate agents, copy of driver's license, copy of lease, comply with background check, $I00.00 application fee.

Unit owners, whose units arc leased, are not permitted to use any of the Association facilities or parking during the term of the lease.
