The Board of Directors must be notified if a pet will be kept on the property.

The only pets allowed are cats and dogs, and small caged birds. Each owner is allowed one dog or cat. There is no weight or height limit.

Pets are not allowed to roam freely on the property. When outside, pets will be kept on a leash. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of droppings in a sanitary manner.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

Lessees are not allowed to have pets.

Units may not be leased for periods of less than thirty (30) consecutive days nor more than three (3) times in any twelve (12) month period.

Owners intending to lease their unit shall submit an application to Southwest Property Management with a non-refundable fee of $150. This fee covers the costs to conduct a background check. Lease terms are limited to one year. If the lease is to be renewed for the same lessee, a renewal application must be submitted however the application fee is waived.

The Board of Directors will provide written notice of approval or disapproval of the lease within ten (10) days of receipt of the application.

Any non-owner occupying a unit in the absence of an owner for a period of two weeks or more, regardless of whether payment is made to the owner, is subject to the same process of approval as for lessees: an application must be approved by the Board.

Owners who have guests with a vehicle on the premises for more than twenty-four (24) hours are required to post a guest form (available through Southwest Property Management or through Appfolio site) on the bulletin board at the pool. Unidentified vehicles will be towed away at the owner's expense.

Guests are not permitted to wash vehicles on the premises because of budgetary limitations and water restrictions
