(a). The owner of the unit is responsible for filing the completed document from the Lakeview at Carlton Lakes Occupancy Documents with the Management Company and for obtaining and forwarding any fee required. (See Attachment)
(b). No Living Unit may be leased or rented for a term of less than thirty (30) consecutive days. No unit may be leased for more than 365 days to the same renter without filing a lease renewal form (See Attachment) with the management company.
(c). When selling a unit, an approved Carlton Lakes "Open House" sign may be displayed on Sundays between the hours of 1 and 4 P.M. The approved sign can be obtained from the Master Association Management Company.
(d). All leases and sales are subject to approval by a committee of three Board Members following the receipt of all necessary documents from the Management Company.
