• Pets of owners may be kept on the premises provided that they are on a leash while outside the unit.

• All pets must be walked off the property for their relief and all waste must be picked up.

• An owner may have a maximum of 2 pets.

• No pets are allowed in the pool area.

• Pets are allowed on the docks with access via the north and south walkways only.

• The Board of Directors reserves the right to remove any pet deemed a nuisance.

• Pets belonging to guests and renters are NOT ALLOWED, with the exception of service animals and approved family members while owners are in residence. Documentation regarding service animals must be provided before renters and guests arrive and must be approved by the Board.

• Members are allowed a maximum of two rentals per calendar year. Each rental lease must be a minimum of 30 days.

• Owners must submit to the management company a Sale/Lease application form, a rental lease agreement, and $150 application fee payable to Jennifer Shores for approval at least 20 days prior to rental.

  • Southwest Property Management will review and approve the rental and notify the Board of Directors.

  • A new application fee must be filed each year for returning renters.

• Owners are responsible for informing their renters about the Rules and Regulations

  • A copy of the Rules and Regulations must be provided in all units.

• Renters are only allowed one vehicle and it must be parked in the owner’s assigned space.
