All lessees must register at the Grosvenor Manager’s Office upon arrival.
Fully executed lease applications (obtained from the Grosvenor Office) must be submitted to the Board of Directors, accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee. The application must designate one person as the “Primary Lessee.” Upon receipt of the application, a thorough background check will be performed at the renter’s expense. A signed lease must be on file in the Manager’s Office before the lessee takes occupancy of the unit.
Lease renewals are subject to the same approval procedures as the original lease.
Owners must provide the current year’s copy of Grosvenor Rules and Regulations to the lessees and advise them to observe all rules.
House guests (family and non-family) may visit a leased unit only when the lessee or spouse is in residence.
House guests may use the amenities only when the lessee or spouse are in residence
