1. ONLY unit owners are permitted to have no more than two (2) domestic pets, not to exceed 30 pounds in size. Tenants are not permitted to have any pets other than licensed service dogs.

2. When outside, dogs must be secured on a leash held by a responsible adult. Cats are not permitted outside of the unit at any time.

3. Pet owners must immediately pick up all pet waste and dispose of it in the trash immediately.

4. The Collier County law requires vaccinations as well as local license tags. These tags shall be current and shall be displayed at all times.

5. Pet owners are responsible for any damage and/or injury caused by their pets. The unit owner shall immediately correct any damage by pets.

6. Pets shall not be permitted to cause any noise that will disturb or annoy other residents. Upon the issuance of a third complaint, the Association may demand the removal of the pet from the property and the unit owner must immediately comply.

7. Invisible pet fences shall not to be installed on the property.

1. An application is required for unit rentals with a term of 5 months. Lease terms shall not exceed 6 months and 1 day. There is no minimum lease term.

2. The application will be approved by the Board of Directors via the property management office within 10 business days of submitting.

3. A background check will be performed.

4. A non-refundable fee will apply.
