d. Those pets which, in the sole discretion of the Association, endanger the health, make objectionable noise or constitute a nuisance or inconvenience to the Owners of other Lots shall be removed upon request of the Board within three (3) days of written request.
e. No pets shall be kept, bred, or maintained on any Lot for commercial purposes.
f. All persons bringing a pet onto property of others shall be responsible for removing any waste of the pet.

b. All leases shall be in writing.

d. The minimum lease term for any Lot within the Properties shall be one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days and no Lot may be leased more than two (2) times in a calendar year.
e. The Association may charge a lease fee not to exceed $250.00 to be paid upon submission of the lease.
