The Esplanade is animal friendly. In order to keep the property in good condition appropriate rules for animals are necessary.

No more than one common household animal may be kept on the premises. Prior to moving into the Esplanade or prior to the acquisition of the pet, the owner must receive approval by the Board for that animal, which includes registration and verification of licensing/vaccinations with the Manager's office.

Permission to keep an animal may be withdrawn at the Board's discretion whenever an owner violates the declaration, By-Laws, rules, or the animal becomes a nuisance or a danger to other residents.

All animals must be registered with Manager's office.

Animal owners are responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all feces and other excrement left by the animal upon the property.

Animals are not permitted in the pool, chickee hut, or grill areas.

When inside the building, all animals must be leashed, caged, or carried and transported only in the service elevator unless it is non-operational.

If the animal is a dog, it is not to exceed 17" in height measured at the shoulder or 25 pounds of weight.

It is suggested that dogs be walked off property if at all possible.

A dog park is available to the residents of the Esplanade, Enclave, Vistas and Villa Mare. The park is located on the east side of the Esplanade property between the small FPL building and Gulf Shore Blvd. North. Dogs may be unleashed in this area. Specific rules governing its use are posted at the park.

Lessees are not allowed to have an animal in their unit or on the premises. Guests of owners (including family) are not allowed to bring their animals on the premises.

Service dogs and support animals are allowed as required per federal and state law. After appropriate documentation is provided under the FHA, the Esplanade will make reasonable accommodations for the animal. Unless required by special exception, only one animal per unit is permitted.

All animal owners will be held responsible to the Esplanade for any loss or liability arising from the animal on Esplanade property.

1. No animals are allowed on the Esplanade Club property or in units while renting or leasing.

2. Renters/Lessees are limited to two (2) persons per bedroom.

3. Owners are responsible for informing renters/lessees of ALL current Rules and Regulations.

4. Fitness Center release form and waiver are available in the lobby at the front desk. Rules must be observed.

5. Parking is available only in the assigned space(s) in the garage or in the guest parking area.

6. Front desk personnel must be advised of arrival dates and departure dates (for both renters and their guests), including any trips for extended periods of time.

7. Only low sudsing detergents are to be used in washing machines.
