Dogs, and all animals other than those allowed at the time the Declaration of Condominium was amended on June 30, 2004, and as allowed pursuant to Claridge HUD/FHA requirements are prohibited. Only domesticated cats and birds are allowed. (Article 12.6 of the Declaration of Condominium, as amended)

a. Permitted pets are to be carried in elevators and in common areas of the Claridge. Pets are not permitted in guest suites.

b. Plastic bags are always to be used for pet droppings. Walking dogs in grass areas on the Claridge property is prohibited.

c. All documentation available from the Office, as outlined under Federal and Florida laws, must be completed and submitted to the Claridge Association Board of Directors along with a request to have a service animal.

d. No animal is permitted in the pool or spa nor on the pool deck at any time.

A. No Unit may be leased more often than one (1) time in any "lease" year, with the minimum lease term of ninety (90) days. The "lease" year is from October 1st through the following September 30th . The first day of occupancy shall determine in which year the lease occurs. All rentals and leases must be approved by the Office and Board of Directors. Please refer to Section 13.2 of the Declaration of Condominium, as amended.

B. Pelican Bay Foundation requires a Condominium Association’s approval Of tenants/leases. It is the responsibility of the Owner and/or realtor to pick up the Foundation rental applications, rental cards and to surrender the Owner’s Pelican Bay Identification card(s). Owners may not use the Pelican Bay Foundation amenities during the term of the lease.

C. Owners of leased Units may not use the parking, recreational facilities Or any amenities of the Claridge during the term of the lease

D. No sub-lease by a Lessee is permitted. All lessees shall comply with all rules and regulations, lessees shall attend a session scheduled by the orientation committee.
