Owners of Units only are allowed cats or dogs (not to exceed 2 in number), may be kept on the premises; provided it is kept on a leash while outside its owners Condo. In the event that any pet kept on the premises, including a dog, should constitute a nuisance in the opinion of the majority of the Board of Directors, then the owner when notified in writing shall be required to immediately remove said pet or dog from the premises. Unit Owners must pick up all solid waste of their pets and dispose of such waste appropriately. No reptiles, amphibians, or other wildlife shall be kept anywhere within the condominium property. No pets are allowed in the pool area. No pet shall exceed 50 pounds in weight at maturity.

All sales of units as well as leases must be approved by the Board of Castleton Gardens Condominium Association, Inc. (Board of Directors). An approval form must be executed by the prospective buyer or lessee, and submitted to the Board or its designated agent. Criminal background checks as well as credit histories will be required and must be approved by the Board.

Please note that it is the Owners’ responsibility to communicate and insure that these Rules and Regulations are clearly understood and adhered to by renters. A copy of the Rules and Regulations should always be provided with all Rental Agreements.

Rentals are for no less than 30 days with a maximum of 12 rentals per calendar year.

Rental income is subject to Collier County Tourist Development Tax (all accommodations rented for 6 months or less).
