Commonly accepted household pets such as dogs and cats may be kept in reasonable numbers, all as determined by the association in its sole discretion from time to time. Swine, goats, horses, pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, and the like are hereby specifically prohibited from being kept in the community. Animals, fowl, birds, and reptiles which are deemed by the Board to be obnoxious be prohibited. The determination of what is or may be obnoxious shall be determined by the Association in its sole discretion. No animal breeding or sales as a business shall be permitted in the Community. A determination by the Board that an animal or pet kept or harbored in a Home is a nuisance shall be conclusive and binding on all parties and animals or pets kept or harbored in a Home is a the home or Lot or upon the CDD Property, the Club Property, the common ground property of any Subdivision or left unattended in a yard or on a balcony, porch, patio, or lanai. All pets shall be walked on a leash and no pet shall be permitted to leave its excrement on any portion of the property, and the owner of such pet shall immediately remove the same. No pet shall be permitted outside of a home except on a leash. When notice of removal of any pet is given by the Board, the pet shall be removed within 48 hours of giving the notice. Each Owner, by virtue of taking title to a Lot, Unit or Parcel, shall indemnify the Community Association and Declarant and home them harmless from and against any loss or liability of any kind or character whatsoever arising from such Owner’s having any pet upon and portion of property subject to this Declaration. The Community Association shall have the power and right to promulgate rules and regulations in furtherance of the provisions of this section, including, but not limited to, weight limitations, the number of pets and breeding of pets.

1. Any owner may transfer their right of enjoyment to the Common Areas and facilities to his/her tenants provided a completed member transfer form signed by the owner is submitted to the Administration Office, a processing fee is paid, and the transfer is in accordance with the policies set by the Board of Directors fifteen (15) days in advance.

2. During the period specified on the member transfer form (minimum of one month or longer and maximum of three times per year), the owner’s privileges are rescinded.

3. The transferee must be renting and residing in the unit for which the privileges are transferred.

4. Privileges for the use of the Golf Course are transferred must be approved with the Club in a separate agreement and provided with the lease application.

5. All privileges, Rules, and Regulations in this guide apply to all owners and transferees.

6. Any transfer that does not follow the policies outlined above will be rescinded immediately. In addition, a fee equal to the current guest fee will be charged to the owner of the unit involved for each round of golf played under the illegal transfer.
