• Leashed pets are welcome in all areas of Aria with the exception of the Guest Suites, the Billiard Room, the Manager’s Office, the Men’s and Women’s Restrooms, the Fitness Center, the Men’s and Women’s Spas, the Massage Room, the Board Room, the Pantry and the Club Room.

• Pets are not allowed at the Pool Cabana, on the Pool Deck, or in the pool or spa.

• Pets are not permitted on any furniture.

• Pets must be on a leash while in transit within the building, outside of the owner’s unit.

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up an “accident” by their pet in the building.

• Pet owners must obey the Naples leash laws and clean up after their pet when exercising outside.

• Outside trash containers are provided for pet owners, one is by the service entrance, the other by the far north entrance to the 1st level garage.

• Dogs are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk in accordance with the rules of the Park Shore Condominium Association.

• Please double bag kitty litter in strong, well-sealed plastic bags, which then may be disposed of through the trash chutes found on each floor.

• Pet Sitters are not permitted to utilize Aria amenities. (Fitness Center, Pool & Spa)

No lease shall be for a period of less than ninety (90) days. No unit may be leased more than one (1) time per calendar year. Two (2) Year Leasing Prohibition following transfer of ownership.
