Each owner or tenant may keep one (1) dog or one (1) cat, weighing no more than fifteen (15) pounds at maturity, on premises. Guests may not have pets on premises.

Owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets. Collier County Animal Control regulations mandate owners to carry or hold pets on a short leash from the owner’s unit to the outside of the building and must use the service elevator. Pets must be leashed or hand carried at all times while on the Allegro property. These rules are consistent with Collier County Animal control regulations.

Owners may not leave unattended pets on open balconies or porches. Excessive animal noises are prohibited as they are bothersome to others.

Pets may be walked on our grounds on a leash and controlled by an adult. It is the adult’s responsibility to clean up any mess his/her pet may make.

No pets are allowed in the pool or spa area at any time under any circumstance.

No pets are permitted to urinate or defecate in elevators, in the Atrium or on the Allegro walls. This is totally unsanitary for residents. Pet owners will be subject to a fine for any accidents or messes caused by a pet. If a pet has an accident, the owner must immediately clean and disinfect the area.

No unit may be leased more often than 1 time in any calendar year, with a minimum lease term of 90 days and no more than 1 year.
