Inside the home
When you open the new front door and step inside, you will instantly notice the gorgeous porcelain tile that runs throughout the living areas of the home and master bedroom. And of course, there is the custom-built wall unit in the family room with shelving, an electric fireplace and the mount for your large screen TV.

The Kitchen is a home chef’s dream and features a gas stove
The kitchen has been remodeled from top to bottom featuring wood cabinetry and soft-close hardware and gorgeous granite countertops. There are also brand new KitchenAid appliances and the best part is that the range is gas powered for better cooking! Gas ranges are so rare here in Southwest Florida but this home has a tank buried to allow for it as well as a gas water heater.
One of my favorite features of this beautiful kitchen is that the counters are modern and all the same height. The days of the raised counters have come and gone. This kitchen looks very sleek and even has room for stools if you’d like. There is a breakfast room off of the kitchen so it’s simply an option.
The solar-heated pool and lanai
The lanai is essentially made of two distinct parts–there is the huge and completely shaded area that is great for dining and then the uncovered portion featuring the pool and room for chaise lounges. The entire length of the shaded area has roll-down hurricane shutters to make protection very, very easy. Walk out into the sun and you’ll see the solar-heated pool with its two water features and a sun shelf. If you haven’t experienced a pool with a sun shelf, you’re missing out! It’s a great place to put your chaise lounge and get some sun or a place for small kids to learn the ropes of swimming.
If you’re like me, you want your pool to be very private. You’re in luck here because there are very high walls of plants that create a separation between this pool and the neighbors. You can definitely work on your tan without being on display to the houses around you!
About Indigo Lakes and the Amenities
Indigo Lakes offers a great assortment of amenities you will actually use. There are 2 tennis courts, a full court basketball, a large fitness center, a clubhouse for parties and a great resort pool among others.
One of the great perks of living this close to the clubhouse is that you can park there temporarily and walk to the home. In fact, when I was there for pictures to be taken, that’s exactly what I did!
Very low HOA Fees
The HOA fees in Indigo Lakes are only $975 per quarter! That is about as low as you can get in North Naples! Plus, they are for the things that you will certainly use such as cable television, high-speed internet with WiFi, irrigation water and all of the aforementioned amenities.
