There are stainless steel appliances, lots of wood cabinetry and Corian countertops. There’s even a pantry for storage.

Around the Neighborhood of Tarpon Bay in North Naples

One of the things I like the most about the neighborhood of Tarpon Bay is that there are sidewalks and streetlights everywhere. It’s so nice to be able to enjoy the Naples weather and go for a walk around the neighborhood safely. Plus, since the pet policy is very relaxed, you have so many places to walk your dog. There are benches along the way and pet waste stations with garbage bags.

It’s also great how the amenities are all in one central location and this unit is about as close as you can get to them. There’s a sidewalk that cuts through the preserve to get you to the amenities quickly.

Finally, being able to walk to Target or drive there in a minute or two is such a convenient bonus. You’ll even see people driving golf carts from Tarpon Bay to the shopping center! Also, I-75 is right there too making this unit convenient for people that work from Marco Island to Fort Myers. Hop on the interstate and get where you’re going quickly!

My final thoughts

This is a great condo in a fantastic neighborhood that is close to everything North Naples has to offer. You’ll fall in love with the amenities the community has the second you see them too. Plus, the price is right. We’ve made this the lowest priced Neptune Bay unit in the community but with features that rival the higher priced units.
