It’s so nice to be able to enjoy the Naples weather and go for a walk around the neighborhood safely. Plus, since the pet policy is very relaxed, you have so many places to walk your dog. There are benches along the way and pet waste stations with garbage bags.
It’s also great how the amenities are all in one central location and this unit is about as close as you can get to them. There’s a sidewalk that cuts through the preserve to get you to the amenities quickly.
Finally, being able to walk to Target or drive there in a minute or two is such a convenient bonus. You’ll even see people driving golf carts from Tarpon Bay to the shopping center! Also, I-75 is right there too making this unit convenient for people that work from Marco Island to Fort Myers. Hop on the interstate and get where you’re going quickly!
